Founded in 2018, we develop, manufacture and distribute (cycling) sport composites. From the idea to the implementation, we form the interface between innovation and technology. Together with our engineers and the influences of professional cyclists, we develop high-tech carbon wheelsets at the highest level “Made in Germany”. By using and developing an Airbus patent from the aerospace high-end environment, we are able to machine carbon fiber uniquely. This technology does not require manual processes during manufacture, this guarantees a very high and consistent quality.

BikeBeat is only working with best partners in the industry, we are using only SAPIM CX Ray spokes together with DT Swiss, TUNE and Bitex hubs. Building wheels is not just a step in the process, it is an art. An art that very few in the world have mastered, this is why we have entered into a partnership with, in our opinion, the best wheel builder in the world. He laces also wheels for many World-Tour teams and individual Pro-Riders. Only the final construction turns very good individual parts into a high-end product.

We want to be transparent with the customer, they should know which spoke is used and which hub is inside the wheel. This makes service more easy, as the user can get parts almost everywhere in the world – such as a new cassette body or replacement spoke.
